The code is 7205. It is on Mina’s ID badge, not on the hiring letter, and the developer has not printed it on the store page.
What I checked
I stopped the Kubz Scouts recording between 5:33 and 7:30. They swipe up, try 1234, read the 2024-04-04 hiring letter, try 0424 and 0324, then type 7205 and say the number is her ID badge. I then checked ItsDaKimchi, Doll Gaming, Murushii, BrownSavvy, Hayden Green, Jabooyyy, and Mexicanong Hilaw. All eight enter 7205.
Where to look before you pick up the phone
In the morning the phone is already in a bedroom drawer, and the game will not let you take it yet. After breakfast and the dishes, Mina leaves. Her ID is by the door. Read it. The four digits on that badge are the code. ItsDaKimchi finds the ID first and only then goes back to the drawer.
- Pick up the phone from the bedroom drawer.
- The screen says “Swipe up to unlock.”
- Enter 7205.
- Later, in the phone settings, you can remove the password so the next time you open it the code is gone. Murushii and GLOCO Streams both do this on camera.
Codes that fail in the recordings
Players try 1234, 1111, and date-based guesses 0424 and 0324 before using the ID number. The letter is dated March 2, 2024 and gives April 4, 2024 as the job start. Those dates are not the phone code. If a future patch changes the badge, check the ID in your own save.
What the phone is for after it opens
You text Mina, photograph the ID, and send the photo because she left it behind and is already on a tricycle. Later in the bar shift you record a conversation and send that video to her. The phone is also how the night footage shows up. None of that starts until 7205 is in.
