MANDATO price and discounts

The number on the button changes. This page keeps the dates next to each price so an old sale is not written as today’s price.

What I checked

I reloaded the itch.io buy box on 2026-10-06 and counted the price strings in the page. $2.99 and $1.49 were both present, along with version 1.0.6. I am not going to tell you the sale will still be there next month. When I want the live number I open the store page again.

Prices I can attach to a date

On 2026-10-06 the itch.io page showed a $2.99 list price and a 50 percent sale at $1.49 or more. “Or more” means you can pay above the minimum. There was no $0 download.

pinoygamer.ph, in a 2026-09-23 article by Juyon Chan, reported an earlier price of $1.94 (Php 121.45). That is a second data point, not the current shelf price.

The free plan that did not ship

On the itch.io page the developer writes that Chapter 1 was meant to be free, then a graphics card in the development laptop broke, and the chapter moved to a small paid release. Comments sometimes call the build a demo. The store mechanism is still a purchase: you pay the minimum, then you download.

Steam

Steam app 4897340 has no price because the game is not for sale there yet. A wishlist does not charge you. When a Steam price appears, this page should be updated from the store page, not from a guess.
